How Do I Book Studio Time?

All Event & Studio rentals are to be paid MINIMUM 50% online to confirm and lock in your booking. All bookings are done online on our website.

What do I need for the day of my booking?

Before arrival all bookins must be paid in full.
Please have your booking confirmatioin with you the day of your booking & a valid ID.

How Early Can I Arrive for my Booking?

You may arrive as early as 15 minutes before your booking.
Please be courteous to anyone who might be wrapping up a shoot or booking.

What happens if I need to extend my booking?

If it is available, we will be more than happy to extend your session and it will be at a rate 20% higher than the normal rate. If there is another booking there is not much we can do.
We ask that all clients take their set up, model check-ins, and make up / wardrobe times into consideration when choosing the number of hours.
There is a $100 fee for session that are more than 20 minutes over their time without prior discussing with a Vision Haus Member

What is the cancellation policy

Bookings may only be canceled or rescheduled 2 days (48-hours) before the day of the booking.

No last-minute cancellations or changes within 48-hours of your booking. You are not eligible for a refund or store credit if you do not notify us 48-hours before your booking.

Any cancellation made in a timely manner will be honored and your deposit will be credited for a future booking in full.

A processing fee will be deducted from cancelled bookings

Can I book your photographer or video team?

Our in-house photographer and video team amongst other services such as styling, creative assistance, etc. are available upon request.
